- Give space to medical responders
- Stay calm and keep noise levels down
- If asked, help locate specific items
- Be willing to move seats if requested
If Landing is Imminent
Pre-landing- Remain seated with seatbelt fastened
- Allow crew to focus on patient
- Prepare for possible diversion landing
- Stay patient - safety is priority
After Stop/Landing
Post-landing- Stay seated until paramedics board and assist patient
- Do not photograph or record the situation
- Offer witness statement to crew if you saw onset
